Anthony is the CEO and co-founder of Inclusive Creation, as well as a motivational speaker specializing in inclusive leadership. His keynote addresses the biggest challenge CEOs face in leading inclusively, while highlighting seven key insights about diversity that aren’t typically covered in an MBA curriculum.

As a lifelong advocate for diversity and inclusion, Anthony is also the creator of the Inclusion Game and the mastermind behind the 4 Fundamental Principles of Universal Design. He has authored over 50 scientific articles on inclusive design and is the founder of the EQUALS-EU network, a gender-inclusive innovation initiative spanning more than 24 countries. Recognized globally, including by the United Nations, for his contributions to inclusive innovation, Anthony has secured over 13 million euros in research and innovation grants.

Originally from the U.S. but now residing in Norway, Anthony’s unique background includes roles as a computer programmer, opera singer, professor, comedian, and entrepreneur. He is known for his engaging presentations and workshops on inclusive leadership, with his signature methodology, “The Sins and Wins of Inclusive Leadership.” Despite his many accomplishments, Anthony humorously notes that he was always the last to be picked for gym class.
