Currently, Mr. Hopstedter is leading a project to develop a 225-bed nursing home, designed as a research center focused on elderly care. This initiative aims to use scientific analysis to determine the most appropriate treatments for retirees, while also avoiding unnecessary medical interventions that could lead to excessive costs for the state. The project, LIGHTS AS, exemplifies the combination of scientific methodology, business acumen, and a commitment to addressing social challenges. Due to its limited capacity, it highlights the need for careful planning.
In addition to this, Mr. Hopstedter is working on a second project with scientists to create a data protection solution that not only monitors data but also provides user guidance. As regulations in this field have become increasingly complex, the system is designed to offer practical advice on implementing and following these rules. As a lecturer, he also shares his expertise on the business environment, offering insights and key decisions from an entrepreneur’s perspective.
