Dr. Jelena Titko is a distinguished Professor at EKA University of Applied Sciences, where she also holds the administrative role of Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation. She is recognized as an expert by the Latvian Council of Science in the areas of Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Education Management. With over 60 scientific publications to her name, Dr. Titko has made significant contributions to research in economics, business, management, and education.

In addition to her academic work, Dr. Titko plays a key role in international projects. She serves as Latvia’s representative in the Eurydice study, “Digital Education at School in Europe,” where she contributes her expertise to advancing the digital transformation of education across Europe. Her work is widely respected both in Latvia and abroad, positioning her as a leading voice in the intersection of academia, policy, and innovation in education and business. Dr. Titko’s leadership and research continue to shape the future of digital education and economic growth within the European context.
