Since joining PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Latvia in 1994, Zlata has led a team of 200 professionals across four service areas: Tax, Legal, Assurance, and Consulting & Advisory. As the Country Managing Partner, she oversees PwC Latvia’s operations, ensuring client needs and business community interests are prioritized in line with PwC’s mission to build trust in society and address key challenges. With a strong focus on tax, Zlata has extensive expertise in the local market and significant international experience from participating in various M&A and transformation projects. She is also a leader in promoting ESG initiatives within PwC Latvia, driving diversity and inclusion efforts. As a board member of FICIL, Zlata advocates for tax reform, supports the green economy transition, and emphasizes the strategic importance of human capital and mobility in Latvia.
