The International Economic Forum (I.E.F) is an international platform for collaboration between scientists, entrepreneurs and politicians that organized by the Insitute of Economics of the Latvian Academy of Sciences. Since its inception, I.E.F has hosted six successful events, bringing together thought leaders, policymakers, and industry experts to discuss strategies for driving economic growth and innovation. The Forum emphasizes international cooperation and plays a key role in shaping global economic trends, promoting sustainable practices, and fostering science-based solutions for future prosperity.

The 7th International Economic Forum, organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia and with the support of general sponsor Rietumu Banka, aims to explore the intersection of innovation and ethical responsibility in the quickly progressing digital economy.

Building on the success of the previous six forums, this year’s event will focus on how ethical considerations can shape technological advancements, ensuring they contribute to sustainable growth and global well-being.
